Train the Trainer: Become an Educator for vocationally related subject(s)

Such as hairdressing, beauty, makeup, lashes and brows, coaching or personal training!

Taught by Lauren who has 10 years experience training and assessing in some of the top beauty academies, schools, top salon upskill days for staff and most of all, her experience building her own academy and brand. This course is the one for you if you want to teach.

Course Dates: This course is run over 6x Sundays

Time: This course will run from 10am-4pm

Assessments: The course will be in person and be assessed on a continual basis, homework such as case studies, essays, micro teaches, lesson plans etc. will be incorporated to ensure each trainee teacher is fully capable and competent.

Course Requirements:

• Students must have a minimum of 2 years working in the relevant field they wish to teach in

• Students must present adequate certification or CPD to confirm they are qualified to teach in their chosen field

• Students must have a competent level of English to complete the modules required in this course

• Students must have access to a laptop and internet for case studies and presentations

• Students must complete 20 hours of class shadowing in their chosen field

• Students must complete 6x modules to a competent standard

• Students must complete a 15 minute micro teach to their class group/peers
